First and foremost, I am a storyteller.

But, more specifically, I’m a production manager, writer, director, editor and award-winning producer who believes in telling stories with heart. Across my career as a producer and production manager, I’ve managed the entirety of the filmmaking process from development through to distribution and have experience in working across various mediums including commercials, documentaries, long-form digital content, music videos, short and feature films. As a writer/director, I’m committed to telling artistic stories that open hearts to new and unseen dimensions of humanity while honouring not only the subjects of the stories but the creators behind the scenes.

My short film, 35, a social thriller about the short life expectancy of Black trans women, won the Best of Festival Student Award at the Dayton Independent Film Festival and the North Dakota Human Rights Film Festival. In 2019, I received the Movie Magic Producer Award and, in 2020, I was awarded the Alfred P. Weisman Award and the RedBull Arts Microgrant. In 2021, I was selected to participate in that year’s Full Spectrum Features’ Chicago Independent Producers Lab.

I’m currently based in Lagos, Nigeria.
